For clinic visitors
Know before you visit
Our hours, our services, and what to carry. Two minutes here saves a wasted journey.
When we are open
| Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm |
| Saturday | 9:00am – 1:00pm |
| Sunday and public holidays | Closed |
| Immunisation clinic | Tue & Thu mornings |
| Antenatal care | Wed & Fri mornings |
What to carry
- Your clinic card from a previous visit
- The child's immunisation card, on immunisation days
- A referral note, if a health worker gave you one
- Drinking water, in case the queue is long
Plan your visit
- Mornings are the busiest. Afternoons are usually quieter.
- Most visitors wait 15 to 30 minutes.
- Come early on immunisation days.
- We are on Nansana–Hoima Road, opposite the market.
Health tips
- Drink clean water. Boil or treat it, and store it covered.
- Sleep under a treated net. Everybody, every night, all year.
- Wash hands with soap. Before cooking and eating, after the toilet.
- Keep immunisation on schedule. Bring the card and come on the day.
General information only. Always speak to a qualified health worker.
Tell us about your visit
Two minutes. No name needed. We never ask about your health, only about your experience today.

Tell us roughly when suits you. We do not ask for your name or your phone number.

For caregivers
Planning the week around the clinic
Which morning to come, what to pack the night before, and what to do when a date is missed.
The mornings that matter
| Immunisation clinic | Tue & Thu, 8:00 – 12:00 |
| Antenatal care | Wed & Fri, 8:00 – 12:00 |
| Growth monitoring | Tue mornings |
| General consultation | Any weekday |
These run in the morning only. Arriving at two in the afternoon on a Tuesday means coming back.
Pack the night before
- The child's immunisation card. Without it the health worker cannot see what is due next.
- The antenatal card, for an expectant mother.
- Water and a small snack. Queues with a baby feel much longer.
- A cloth or shawl for shade while you wait outside.
- Any referral note from another facility.
When to come, and when not to
- Come early. The queue on immunisation mornings is longest after 9:30.
- Avoid Monday morning if you can. It is the busiest session of the week.
- Afternoons are quieter, but immunisation and antenatal are closed then.
If you miss a date
Come anyway, on the next immunisation morning, and bring the card. Ask the health worker what happens next. Missing one date is common and it is not a reason to stop coming.

Waiting time
Most common: 15 to 30 minutesHow long people waited before being served.
Preferred update channel
How visitors want to hear about hours and clinic days.
What we do first
Decision one
General consultation is a third of all visits and scores lowest on clarity. Rewrite that block of the poster and that page of the site before anything else.
Decision two
Antenatal clarity is the worst single score. Put the antenatal mornings in bold on the poster and confirm them on the channel visitors actually asked for.

Every requirement, and where it is answered
The brief asks for four deliverables and one working feature. This page maps each one to the place it lives.
Working website On this page
Home, services and hours, health tips and feedback, split across the visitor and caregiver views so each audience sees only what applies to them.
- Visible service hours section — visitor view, first card. Also on the caregiver view for immunisation and antenatal mornings.
- Working feedback button — opens the Google Form in a new tab, on both the visitor and caregiver views.
- Appointment request demonstration — visitor view. Service, day and time of day only. No name, no phone, no medical history, and it states on submit that nothing is sent and nothing is confirmed.
- Class demonstration label — the amber bar at the top of every view, and again in the footer.
Google Form and Excel workbook Staff view
Eight questions covering service used, waiting time band, clarity of information, staff communication rating, how they heard about us, preferred update channel, whether they would recommend, and one open suggestion.
- No sensitive data. No name, phone, address, national ID, age, diagnosis, medication or condition. Email collection is switched off in the form settings.
- Analysis — responses counted by service, average satisfaction, most common waiting band, all on the staff dashboard and in the workbook.
- Two charts — service use and satisfaction by service, labelled Chart 1 and Chart 2 in both the workbook and the staff view.

Safety and ethics rule
Only general health information appears anywhere on this site: clean water, treated nets, handwashing, immunisation schedule. No diagnosis, no medicine named, no condition discussed. Every health section closes by telling the reader to speak to a qualified health worker, and every view carries the class demonstration label.
